Duns Scotus – whose theological opinions have emphasized the free volition and the absolute power of God – has been among the adherents of this theory. In line with considering the origin of the ethical obligation to be the divine volition, he presents a balanced ontological exposition for this theory. Ignoring to separate the divine volition from divine command and lacking a clear criterion for the identification of the divine volition, having internal inconsistency and self-contradiction, ruling for the permissibility of nonbelievers not believing in the ethical principles, and lacking a fixed ethical criterion for judging the moral correctness or incorrectness of different affairs are among the main challenges that troubles him in adopting a balanced exposition of the ethical theory of the divine command. Using an analytical-citation analysis method, this article first explains the theory of divine command and different readings of it, and then evaluates the reading offered by Scotus. نظریۀ اخلاقیِ امر الهی، بنیان ارزش‌های اخلاقی را در اوامر وحیانیِ موجود در متون مقدس جست‌وجو می‌کند. دانس‌ اسکوتوس که در آرای کلامی خود به ارادۀ آزاد و قدرت مطلق خداوند اهتمام زیادی داشته، از جملۀ مدافعان این نظریه بوده است و ضمن اینکه منشأ الزام اخلاقی را ارادۀ الهی می‌داند، تقریر وجودشناختی متعادلی از این نظریه ارائه می‌دهد. عدم توجه به تفکیک امر از ارادۀ الهی و عدم وجود معیار واضحی در تشخیص ارادۀ الهی، ناسازگاری درونی و خودمتناقض بودن، حکم به عدم لزوم پایبندی غیردینداران به اصول اخلاقی و فقدان معیار اخلاقیِ ثابت برای قضاوت در باب درستی یا نادرستی امور به لحاظ اخلاقی، از جملۀ مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها فراروی ایشان در اتخاذ تقریری هر چند متعادل از نظریۀ اخلاقیِ امر الهی است. این مقاله با روشی تحلیلی و استنادی، ضمن تبیین نظریۀ امر الهی و بیان تقریرهای مختلف از آن، به قضاوت در باب تقریری خواهد پرداخت که اسکوتوس از این نظریه ارائه داده است. https://jpht.ut.ac.ir/article_68837_63c6d0ea447804567c0eb5b9ad923285.pdf
