In this path, human self-alienation was seriously taken into account, especially by existentialist philosophers. However, the complicated, unfathomable depth of human truth prevented the vigorous self-foundational thoughts from pursuing appropriate and sublime purposes of the human, and once more revealed the importance and necessity of the human’s need to take refuge in the divine knowledge. The article at hand adopts an analytical-citation analysis method to first show the unfinished efforts of existential thinkers in unraveling the mystery of human self-alienation and then, using the qur’ānic teachings, try to find the answer to its main question on the real self of the human and the instances of his self-alienation, and provide the qur’ānic solutions such as invocation, imploration, prayer, and repentance to stay away from that self-alienation. با افول سیطرۀ کلیسا و تردید و انکارِ باورهای منبعث از الهیات کلیسایی و حتی وجود خداوند، به‌عنوان یگانه هستی‌بخش و ساماندهندۀ حیات انسانی؛ اندیشوران غربی بر آن شدند تا با استغنای از هدایت‌های فرابشری و بر اساس مبانی انسان‌محورانه، حقیقت و هویت انسانی را بازطراحی کنند. در این مسیر، باخودبیگانگیِ انسان، به‌ویژه از سوی فیلسوفان اگزیستانسیالیستی مورد توجه جدی قرار گرفت؛ اما ژرفای عمیق و پیچیدۀ حقیقت انسان، تکاپوی اندیشه‌های خودبنیان را از پیگیری اهداف شایسته و متعالی انسانی عاجز کرده، اهمیت و ضرورت پناهندگی به معارف وحیانی را بیش از پیش جلوه‌گر کرد. نوشتار پیش رو، با شیوۀ اسنادی ـ تحلیلی ضمن نمایاندن تلاش‌های ناتمام اندیشوران وجودگرا در رازگشایی باخودبیگانگی انسان، در صدد برآمده است تا با بهره‌گیری از آموزه‌های قرآنی، به پاسخ پرسش اساسی پیرامونِ خود حقیقی انسان و مظاهر با خود بیگانگی او رهنمون شود و برای مصونیت از آن، راهکارهای قرآنی ذکر، توسل، دعا و توبه را ترسیم کند. https://jpht.ut.ac.ir/article_71347_7ee9f241d884e8a01886a63e993ad205.pdf
