Abstract

In this article, the organizational creativity pattern is presented from the perspective of Sadra'i philosophy, Quranic teachings, and the encyclopedia of hadiths. Considering some verses of the Quran, such as verse 86 of Surah Al-Hijr and verse 81 of Surah Yasin, as well as the theories of creativity in the Sadra School, such as mental existence and imaginary knowledge, one can understand the importance and greatness of creativity in the Quranic teachings and Mulla Sadra's thoughts. Creativity is necessary for the survival and growth of any organization, and to create and sustain it, the habit of thinking must be developed in the organization's managers and employees.  Unfortunately, despite the fact that the discussion of creativity in organizations is reflected in many verses of the Quran, Hadiths, and views of Islamic philosophers, especially Mulla Sadra, this discussion has been mostly explained in Western literature. The result of focusing too much on Western literature is the neglect and neglect of key factors in the field of organizational creativity. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design an organizational creativity pattern based on Islamic wisdom with an emphasis on Mulla Sadra's views. The method of this research is qualitative, examining religious documents and evidence, and coding. The research findings show that individual factors discovered in Sadra’i wisdom, such as the agency of the soul, the powers of the soul, the inventiveness of the soul, sensory perception, the power of imagination, and the power of possession, have been neglected in Western literature. In addition, according to the findings, individual, organizational, and environmental factors affect organizational creativity, and of course, contrary to Western literature, individual factors play a vital role in this field and influence organizational and environmental factors.
