The Comprehensive Theory of Justice

Abstract

Comprehensive justice maintains self-sufficiency. Realization of such a comprehensive justice requests a comprehensive theory of justice. This article aims to hypothesize the exploration of such theory. The following prepositions constitute this theory: "Justice" is a social word, which means assiduity of the society or religious system on Islamic law (Sharia). Jurisprudent (Faqih) of Islamic society puts forward the laws of the country through legal modern legislation instrument, with regard to the real interest and corruption. The good and happiness proceed on the right and obligation, but they are attained by adoration and obligations of Islamic law (Sharia). According to Islamic view, a righteous and balanced society is identified with these institutions: natural and innate law, divine law, equality, brotherhood, rationality and interest.
